Exercising while Nursing - Can I workout while nursing?

The answer is yes. I have had four kids and nursed all of them until they were a year old. After giving birth I waited about 4-6 weeks before I started working out. The best thing to do is nurse or pump and then do your workout. You will feel better jumping around and your baby will be happy. Also make sure to have a good supportive sports bra. The most important thing to do is make sure your are getting enough nutrition. A great addition to you workout and weight loss would be Shakeology
